Ugandan musician Bebe Cool has offered to support efforts aimed at bringing back the body of popular TikToker Timothy Kayanja, popularly known as Jayden, who passed away while receiving treatment in India.
Jayden’s death has left his family, friends and thousands of followers mourning, with efforts now focused on clearing outstanding costs and ensuring that his remains are returned to Uganda for burial.
According to media personality Kasuku, Bebe Cool has agreed to take part in the repatriation process and contribute towards the expenses involved in bringing Jayden’s body back home.
Kasuku said the musician had been closely involved in Jayden’s journey, including during the period when the TikToker was undergoing treatment in India.
“Bebe Cool confirmed and said that he is going to try within his means because he has been the one handling him even when he was receiving treatment,” Kasuku said.

The efforts to return Jayden’s body have been affected by outstanding bills that need to be cleared before the process can be completed.
Kasuku revealed that the hospital reportedly has an outstanding bill of $33,000, while pharmacy expenses amount to about $8,000.
He added that additional costs are expected from transportation arrangements, including air tickets estimated at about $1,100 and an air waybill costing approximately $2,300.
Jayden became popular among Ugandans through TikTok, where he entertained and connected with many people before his health condition forced him to seek medical attention in India.
Following news of his death, messages of grief and support have continued to come from fans, friends and members of the entertainment community.
Bebe Cool’s decision to support the repatriation efforts has been welcomed by many people who are hoping that Jayden’s body can be returned home and given a proper farewell.
