KAMPALA, Uganda – The Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) has announced the relocation of its Real Estate Tax Office from its headquarters in Nakawa to RR Pearl Tower One along Yusuf Lule Road.
According to a public notice issued by URA, the move is intended to improve service delivery and make it more convenient for taxpayers accessing real estate tax services.
The office will operate from Floor 9 of RR Pearl Tower One, located on Yusuf Lule Road, opposite the Ministry of Health Headquarters.
The relocation will take effect on 7th September 2026.
URA has urged taxpayers and members of the public seeking services from the Real Estate Tax Office to use the new location from the effective date.
The Authority said the move is part of its efforts to enhance service delivery and strengthen engagement with taxpayers.
