This followed after Johnny Musiinguzi today claimed that the late before his death had convinced the mother to delegate the management of of her different portions of her tea to Kinkizi Development Co Ltd and a one Julius Tukamushaba.

Musinguzi further claimed that the late Dr Garuga had convinced his mother to move away from free range animal husbandry to zero grazing due to her advanced age and claimed that he died before this became a reality.

According Musinguzi’s response, he confirms that indeed Dr James Garuga gave her the said grazing lands and the tea estates to the mother before his death.

However, Canon Violet Garuga retaliates its indeed Bagorogoza who took away the land saying that Kinkizi Development Co Ltd and a one Julius Tukamushaba doesn’t have that power and the tea did not belong to them in anyway.

She maintains that the tea was on Garuga’s land and it was her who planted it.
Tukamushaba is said to be Peace Bagorogoza’s worker.

“My tea was taken away from me and ever since my son died, i have never received a single penny from my own tea which I planted on my son’s own land.” Canon Violet says.

“Johnny Musiinguzi is blaming the man who is already dead and cannot appear to defend himself on the claims that it’s his who took back the tea estates and the grazing land from his mother.” Adds a family member.

This Rugyeyo based family member further confirmed that Musinguzi is using the late Dr Garuga’s demise to clear themselves from wrongdoing but also confirms that it’s Bagorogoza behind the shameful act.

“First of all she totally disregarded her as late son’s dependant when she was applying for the letters of administration yet she knew Canon Violet is entitled to 4% of the son’s estate according to succession act. She disenfranchised her from benefiting from her son’s estate” noted family member.

According to a copy of petition for letters of administration by Peace Bagorogoza seen by this publication, nowhere is Canon Violet Garuga is mentioned.

The family member also revealed that Peace Bagorogoza demolished the house belonging to Canon Violet Garuga that had been built by late James Garuga and she chased her away from her son’s 20 acre compound in Rugyeyo.

“Bagorogoza banned her from ever sleeping in Garuga’s house whether in his 20 bedroomed mansion in Rugyeyo or in Mbuya, Kampala. This shows her evil nature. Imagine even when the son built for her a mansion for herself, Peace came and razed it down”‘

The family member notes that Canon Violet is being disenfranchised from benefiting from her son’s estate by Peace Bagorogoza and expresses willingness to defend the revelations as undisputed facts.

Canon Violet is said to have now relocated to her other son for shelter while her son’s village mansion is empty.
